1. Proprietary Content (Flyline Images)
The vast majority of visual assets utilized in our productions are original works owned by Flyline Images. This includes photography and videography captured over 20+ years of fieldwork.
Ownership: Mark W. Lein, LLC retains all exclusive rights to these original assets under U.S. Copyright Law.
“Creatives by” Designation: When original Flyline Images are transformed using generative AI (such as Veo3.1), we designate these as “Creatives” to signify human-guided, synthetic enhancement of our own copyrighted source material.
2. Licensed Visual Assets (DepositPhotos)
To supplement our original library, we utilize professionally licensed assets from DepositPhotos (Account ID: 4334533). All such assets are used in accordance with Standard and Extended licenses for digital and video distribution.
3. Licensed Audio & AI Tools (Motion Array)
All audio synchronization—including music, SFX, and AI voiceovers—is legally cleared via our Motion Array Business subscription (Member since 2025). We maintain full monetization rights for these assets on YouTube and other social platforms.

II. Proprietary Content: The Flyline ArchiveThe foundation of our work is a 20-year archive of original photography and videography.
Ownership: Mark W. Lein, LLC retains exclusive copyright to all original assets captured by Mark and Janice Lein.
Fieldwork: Our library is built on decades of fieldwork across the American West, including Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons, and various wild landscapes.
Metadata: Each original asset is backed by raw data and internal logs confirming the date and location of the original capture.
III. “Creatives by Flyline Images:” We utilize advanced technology to breathe new life into our historical archives through a process we call “Creatives”.
Transformation: When we utilize generative tools (such as Veo3.1) to enhance or transform an original photo, we designate the result as “Creatives by Flyline Images”.
Integrity: These transformations are human-guided and designed to add composition or narrative depth while respecting the soul of the original moment we witnessed in the wild.
Disclosure: In alignment with YouTube and Google guidelines, we provide clear disclosures for content that has been meaningfully altered using synthetic tools.
IV. Third-Party Licensed Assets: To provide full-spectrum production value, we maintain active commercial accounts with industry-leading asset providers.

Licensed Usage Scope
Under the terms of our agreement (effective through September 2025 and beyond), Mark W. Lein, LLC is granted the following rights:

Under the terms of the Motion Array License Agreement:
Commercial Synchronization: We hold a valid synchronization license to pair these tracks with our video content for worldwide distribution on platforms including YouTube and social media.
Perpetual Clearance: Any project created and published during our active subscription remains licensed in perpetuity, even if the subscription tier is modified in the future.
