Even though we feel great about the products we offer on our site, there may be times when customers aren’t satisfied with their purchase. Refunds: All refund requests must be made within 15 days of the date of your original purchase. Please ensure to send your request for a refund to service@flylineimages.com. Refund requests for downloadable photos or videos, received within the proper time frames, will normally be granted. If we find that you have violated our terms and conditions or license agreement, that of course could be a reason to reject your request. If we process your refund, we ask that you discontinue any use of the image or video in question, unless our customer service staff authorizes your continued use.
Returns & Substitutions: If you purchased a downloadable product, you will receive a royalty free license to utilize the image or video you purchased. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with the image or video you purchased, please notify us within 15 days of your purchase. Ensure that you send your request for refund or exchange to service@flylineimages.com. We will make every effort to offer you suitable exchange options. If you decide the exchange options we offer are not acceptable, we will refund your purchase.
